By accessing or using Zoe ("the Platform") at app.zoe-agent.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.
Zoe is a SaaS platform that provides messaging automation, AI-powered chatbots, CRM, workflow automation, and business tools for WhatsApp and other messaging channels. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Zoe uses artificial intelligence to power chatbots and automation features. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may not always be correct. You acknowledge that:
All rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including its code, design, features, and AI models, remain the property of Zoe. You may not reverse engineer, copy, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without our written consent.
You retain ownership of the content you create and upload to Zoe (messages, templates, contacts, etc.). By using the Platform, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zoe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through a notice on the Platform.
